"I quit smoking 12 months ago. It wasn't the first time I quit. My last attempt wasn't successful and I smoked again after 3 month without any cigarette. Now I think I should be fine. Each attempt makes you stronger and allows you to think about your mistakes. You have to think deeply about your addiction. Basically you're like a drug addict. There aren't that many difference. You have to dig in yourself and find the reason you're smoking. In general the answer is insecurity, low self esteem... You have to create a new self image, a good one. Also, try to use informations as a way to keep you on track. It will help you. Read testimonies, search the web, anything to motivate you. And don't forget it's not because you fail one or more time that you're gonna fail forever. Ultimately, you can quit too."
